Ordering Information

Click on the “Add to Cart” button located by the service or product description. After you finish shopping you will be asked to verify the items selected prior to payment.

Crystal Friends™ accepts Visa and Mastercard via a secure connection. If you prefer to pay by electronic check contact joy@crystalfriends.com for Paypal information.

California State Tax of 8.75%  will be added to your order.

Shipping

All orders will be shipped with insurance for the price paid. Within the United States, we ship most items by UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail with a few products by parcel post.  Please include your zip code; we only ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES.

International Orders

International orders are most welcome. Please note all pricing is in US currency (US$). International orders are shipped Airmail Parcel Post. This allows us to insure all orders. Shipping costs will be calculated by individual order for international shipments. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and charges.

Returns

If, for any reason, you want to return a product, write joy@crystalfriends.com for authorization and ship return product within 10 days upon receipt. Please note, insurance is required when returning an item.

Upon the safe return of the item in its original condition, you will be refunded the original price less shipping fees. The refund will be made via the same method of original payment less shipping charges.

If you received a mailing from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us. We respect your time and attention by controlling the frequency of our mailings.

Each email sent contains an easy, automated way for you to cease receiving email from us, or to change your expressed interests. If you wish to do this, simply follow the SafeUnsubscribe™ or Update Profile links at the end of any email.

Sharing and Usage

We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone for their promotional use without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law. Information submitted to us is only available to employees managing this information for purposes of contacting you or sending you emails based on your request for information, and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services relating to our communications with you.

Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a reservation for a event/workshop, please do so by contacting joy@crystalfriends.com. If you need to withdraw from an event/workshop, you must inform us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the day of the workshop to receive a refund. Refund policy is as follows:

  • 30 days notice prior to the date; full refund less a $25 change fee.
  • 15 days notice prior to the date; 50% refund less a $25 processing fee.
  • 72 hours prior to the workshop or for participant no-shows, no refunds are granted.

Please note we reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event as required.
