Workshop/Event Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a reservation for an event/workshop, you may do so by contacting info@crystalfriends.com. We rely on your committed attendance to make appropriate logistical arrangements.

If you need to withdraw from an event/workshop, you must inform us in writing no later than 30 days prior to the day of the workshop to receive a refund. Details for the refund policy follow:

-30 days notice prior to the date; full refund less a $25 change fee.
-15 days notice prior to the date; 50% refund less a $25 processing fee.

-72 hours prior to the workshop or for participant no-shows, no refunds are granted.
  We reserve the right to cancel or postpone an event as required.

Consultation Cancellation Policy

Should you need to reschedule a consultation 24 hours advanced notice is required. If an appointment time is missed without appropriate notification the fee will still apply.
