You determine the goal, focus your energy, and manifest your success using the GEMS™ format. You'll remove internal roadblocks, brainstorm new perspectives, create pathways of expansion, take inspired action and celebrate your success!
Clients determine the speed and scope of their progress.
Development sessions (calls) typically consist of 45-55 minute appointments; with an interactive discussion format along with
e-mail recap.
Clients initiate change through written projects and practical exercises to integrate new understandings.
On-going review process explores lessons learned and recognizes success as projects are completed.

Mentoring Masters
Invitational intensive for dedicated individuals, who have established their goals and successfully completed a minimum 6 month coaching series.
How long does the coaching relationship continue?
It varies by client, considerations include; the area and scope of desired changes plus, personal mentoring preference. A short series is sometimes the perfect jumpstart while a monthly, or quarterly commitment keeps you on track. If you prefer a long-term mentoring approach to tackle a series of changes the annual package is often the best option. The duration of the program is your decision.
