Autumn with it's colorful vibrancy celebrates the gift of a bountiful harvest.
It is a wonderful time to reflect and celebrate the seeds of creation you have planted in your life.
1. Ask the Angelic Guardian of Autumn, Archangel Michel to take your prayers of gratitude to heaven and help you on your personal path of discovery and grace! Give yourself the gift of relaxation as you:
2. Breathe: Walk outside and drink in crisp clear life sustaining prana! Feel the breath of life flow through you and the rhythmic power of your heartbeat.
3. Bathe in the Colors of Nature: Indulge in the shades of mother earth and father sky; sunset orange, sunrise red, the rich variances of browns and gold tones. Bring them into your life through clothes, food, candles and crystals. (Citrine and carnelian are my personal favorites).
4. Savor the Scents: Delight in the seasonal fragrances; carnation, cinnamon, pumpkin, cloves and nutmeg! Invite them into your home, bath, and cooking; delight in their deliciousness.
5. Live in Gratitude: Make a point to say, thank you. Thank you, to the Divine, family, friends, to all those individual that touch your life. Allow a silent moment to be a gift of gratitude held in your heart for the entire world.
6. Express Inspiration: Listen to your heart's desire and courageously act upon it! Make a list of all you have accomplished and relish the completion. Then ask. What's next? You can be, do, and create, anything when you're willing to apply committed action in conjunction with prayer.

Dear Ones,
The inception of life begins in a spiral of light. Humankind is undergoing a rebirth. Once again you stand in the spiral of light. Your rebirth has begun as fundamental beliefs and structures are shifting to broaden to include the possibility of a quantum universe.
Science is merging with metaphysics to redefine your understanding of the universe one in which there is infinite potential because everything equals energy. You are being called to remember. Your observations, actions and reactions are defining the structure and changes underway. Humankind stands once again upon the precipice of transformation.
Armed with technologies awakened from the core of the soul consciousness and Divine Wisdom the world is restructuring. You must now decide how the reawakening will define itself. Will you choose peace, compassion, and love? Or, revisit, destruction, fear and hate? Those that walk this earth today hold within the power of choice and itt is time to choose with heart-centerrd awareness
It is time to create anew pristine world in which love is the common experience. Where kindness and compassion hold true and that the full realization of potential is available for each living creature. Act in accordance to crystal clear soul truth within you. Embrace bliss. Change the world through your actions and Divine grace. All is possible.

Dear Ones,
It is time to re-center yourselves in the embrace of energies more powerfully evident than ever before. Life is change; the cycle is speeding and the momentum accelerating as the transformation continues. Never before has it more important to hold true the core of your truth.
Do not become blinded by what you are hearing, seeing and sensing. In truth all is in Divine Order. Integrity and positive action are required as the foundations of tradition are shaken. Each soul has a role to play throughout this unique time in history of humankind.
Witness you are to the most extraordinary remembrance. From love of power to the power of love. Individually and collectively the task to replace the darkness of fear with the grace of light is given. News of corruption, destruction and devastation spews forth from the media. Yet, there are those that hold the light of integrity, accountability, and creativity support them!
In thought and deed be selective, for you are the master of your of the universe. Creation lies within you and it is time to birth a new world. Concentrate on the world of your soul vision. Call it forward as you gather in prayer. Offer the hand of love to each living being on the planet. You are one in the Divine.

Sustainability: An Inner View
The spotlight of change has rested on "going green" for a long while. You know the mantra, recycle, refurbish, and renew. Yet, the question remains, are you doing something supportive, thinking about getting started or ignoring the whole situation?
Earth Day is a perfect catalyst for review. Look at your home, have you made changes? Consider your daily routines and choices, e.g., paper, plastic or bringing your own reusable bag. Did you rate A+ in everything? No? Me too, I am working making it a greener life every day. The basics are done: light bulbs changed, driving less walking more, gardening etc.
As I was thinking it occurred to me there is another green to consider, the green of the heart chakra, where we create sustainability of the soul. Are you living a life that reflects your inner truth and beauty? Do you give yourself the gift of Divine connection every day? Do you embrace the creative force within you and share to help you community?
My thoughts lead me back to consider how we can create another level of practical sustainability. Financial decisions have been at the forefront of the news for months. What if we started to invest in global economic sustainability by supporting educational and entrepreneurial programs?

Inspiration sears through your awareness as you tap into the infinite possibilities which the universe holds. Stand in the wisdom of your heart. From the humblest beginnings rise the stars. You are part of the heavens.
Many souls are struggling with the choices that are being presented to you as the world shifts. Sweet angels do not fear the changes that evolution creates, rather, welcome this profound opportunity and allow the wash of transformation to fill your life. You are being given a great gift.
Shed what no longer serves you and birth a community of light on earth. You have all that you require. You have waited for, longed for, sought this change and now that it is here you cannot hide. Shine with brilliance.
Light the path for those around you with a steadfast commitment to grace. You are a divine child of God. Know your purpose with passion. Act with zeal to deliver to the world all your talents; they are needed now.
In this moment you have tremendous choices to make. Invite wisdom into your heart and choose with compassion. Trust in your ability to choose the path of love. Relinquish fear and reach to one another heaven is with you. |

You are the essence of love, a reflection of Divine perfection. It is your natural state. Yet, often it is forgotten because the voice of your ego has taken over. The chatter within casting doubt and reframing your innate perfection to shadow; you have a choice to make.
Will you act with conscious kindness? It is easy to be compassionate about your community of friends and loved ones. Will you be generous of heart to those that are faceless to you? Will you see them with tenderness or turn your heart because it is not easy to witness pain.
Together we are of the One; sacred in the union of wholeness. Each heart is asked to be of service, to love without reservation and to honor the path of truth. Will you walk into the unknown trusting that you will thrive?
A new world is birthing. With it, is the release of familiar, the comfortable, you are being asked to expand your consciousness and stretch into the fullness of your potential.
The infinite richness of possibilities are yours to select. Honor the wisdom within and trust yourself to become more than you thought possible. Welcome mastery, you are of the Divine One! |

Divine One,
Our hearts open to you in prayer as the angels surround the globe with love, enveloping each soul with grace. With hearts united in the glorious matrix of light, we send forth the vibration of love. In this moment, we come together to lift those that have experienced tragedy.
Let their hearts fill with the gentle blessing of peace and release fear. Ease their burdens with the comfort of loved ones and kindness of strangers. Allow the joy of life to reign in their hearts.
We pray those that have left this world know the true beauty of transition. Let the beacons of heaven guide their way home. For those that remain, feeling the ache of loss, we pray their sorrow lifts and that they know the unconditional love of the Divine.
Our prayers are with the rescue workers already present and those yet to arrive. These angels of earth stand ready to assist in the reconstruction. We ask that they follow your wisdom, act as a channel love, and share the truth of hope.
We bear witness to this rebirth of a nation. Let us see it reborn with ease, attuned to becoming its best. We honor the Haitian community for their courage and spirit.
Remember as you read: “I am instrument of love. I am open to be of service for the greatest and highest good. And so it is.” We are one.

Welcoming the New Year
|
January 1st represents a traditional time of new beginnings when we willingly embrace the possibilities and potential while letting go of the past. Whether you plan to celebrate or welcome the New Year in solitude the emerging energies present an unparalleled time to renew your personal purpose and path. Following are five of my favorite ways to begin the New Year!
- Create an Alter of Reflection:
- Set up a sacred space: include elements of nature, candles, fragrance, mementos of successes from 2009 and a list of the experiences you are letting go of in the New Year.
- Designate time to sit in meditation and reflection; allow inspiration to fill you, take note, and build your plan for 2010.
- On New Year's eve review your “let go” list and release all which no longer serves you; burning the list is a symbol of personal liberation.
- Review your goals throughout the year and act with faith.
- Make Room for New Energy: clear the clutter out of your personal and professional environment. Rule of thumb, if you haven't used something in 18 months it's time to let go. Someone else may need it. Free up the flow!
- Invite Abundance: start from the inside, create an abundance of forgiveness, love, creativity, peace, and health then watch as unexpected blessings flow to you with ease.
- Center with Service: sharing your talents, skills, and resources will bring you a happy heart and make a world of difference to another. Do matter what you contribute make the commitment and follow through!
- Build a Positive Perspective: consciously, consistently chose your thoughts, actions, and reactions. You are co-creating every moment. Make it count!
As 2010 dawns the world is redefining paradigms and beliefs. Tremendous transformation is underway and the acceleration will continue. Allow your joyful heart to meet the challenges ahead. Celebrate the New Year trusting that all is perfect order! |
Winter Solstice Message
Daylight dims as the days grow short and a cloak of darkness descends and the world moves into a slower state. Cherish this change. It harkens the time of quiet from whence great ideas are born, dreamtime is near.
Darkness is a welcome partner as we cull through our thoughts removing the fears and inviting us to enter the womb of internal creation. The gateway to transformation turns with the key of the past. Swings open with the energy of the present moving into the potential of the future with decisive action
In solitude of thought we discover the totality of soul magnificence, without distraction look inward to the home of the heart as truth is illuminated. Let nature be our guide, allow her simplicity to become the pattern of transformation and as each season turns celebrate.
Individually, collectively, we recall our ancestral legacy and call to us our connection to heaven. Reflection fills with promise when self-awareness is evident. The past is gone and the future awaits. It is the present we celebrate with the Divine.
Winter solstice offers a renewal of hearts. Light the candles of illumination, recount the lessons learned, with gratitude share the bounty and open the heart to love. Let Divine unconditional love envelope each thought and each heart receive the greatest gift, peace. Let there be peace on earth, and so it is... |
