What is Crystal Therapy?

It is the practical application of crystal energies in everyday life.

What is the difference between a mineral, rock, crystal and gem?

Crystals often refers to clear quartz formations, yet they're also the miniscule forms of chemical elements.

Minerals are chemical elements with a separate constitution, e.g., salt, sulphur.

Rocks and stones are a combination of minerals formed from a unique mix of elements and environmental circumstances.

Gemstones are termed semi-precious or precious based upon their color, availability, and mining requirements. The four most precious stones are emerald, diamond, ruby and sapphire.

What is a Crystalline Energy Session?

The essence of Crystal Therapy is to empower the individual to achieve divine alignment. Crystals have a perfect atomic structure; these structures are replicated in the body as it is comprised of crystalline structures e.g. the circulatory or blood system which create the blueprint to personal well-being and health.
